Available Homes

The health and safety of the residents is of the utmost importance to SHDC. All homes are carefully inspected by a licensed professional prior to purchase, and fire alarm systems are installed prior to occupancy. The number of individuals living in any SHDC home varies from one to four people.

All homes include basic kitchen appliances, washers and dryers that are maintained by SHDC.

Individuals’ rent payment includes water, sewer, and trash removal services. Payment of natural gas and electricity costs is the responsibility of the tenants. SHDC provides repairs and maintenance services, either directly or through a contract vendor.
